Aidan M. Ely is an associate in the firm’s Connecticut office with a practice primarily focused on healthcare and professional liability and business transactions.

Aidan graduated summa cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he pursued a concentration in health law. During law school, he participated in the Veterans Assistance Clinic Program and spent his summers working at a full-service litigation firm in Bridgeport, Connecticut.

In his first three years of practice, Aidan worked at a middle market focused accounting and advisory firm, consulting with business owners and private equity groups on deal negotiations and structuring of mergers, acquisitions, and dissolutions.

When Aidan is not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his family on the Connecticut shore or riding his classic motorcycle up and down the east coast. His hobbies include swimming, cooking, and board games.
