Noel P. O’Brien is an associate in the firm’s New York office and currently concentrates his practice on civil defense and commercial disputes, including breach of contract actions and corporate dissolutions.

Noel is in his fourth year of practice and represents clients in civil defense litigation, real estate litigation, and foreclosure defense. He is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut, as well as the Southern District of New York and the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.

  • Obtained favorable settlement for clients in a constructive trust action pertaining to residential property in Ulster County, New York.
  • Argued before the New York Appellate Division, First Department, on appeal of lower court’s decision pertaining to commercial debt.
