Admission in Connecticut and New York preferred. May require occasional regional travel.
We are seeking a confident associate, with 3-5 years of experience. Our associates are highly valued contributors that are responsible for day-to-day case management, reporting to clients, handling written discovery, attending depositions, court appearances, trial preparation and trials. Associates will complete research and writing on complex insurance coverage and bad faith issues and defend insurers against claims of bad faith. Strong practice management, organization, research and writing skills are crucial to this position.
