Gary Strong and Kevin Riexinger Co-Author Article in For the Defense
Gary Strong and Kevin Riexinger recently co-authored an article published in the April 2019 issue of For The Defense, a monthly magazine published by the Defense Research Institute. The article, titled The Economic Loss Doctrine As Applied in the World of Design Professionals, discusses how the Economic Loss Doctrine helps limit recovery in strict liability and negligence claims and provides predictability to contracting parties, however, its limits will inevitably continue to be tested in litigation throughout different jurisdictions.
