Attorney Aidan Ely Appointed to the Connecticut Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section Executive Committee as the Health Law Chair
Congratulations to attorney Aidan Ely who has been appointed to the Connecticut Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section Executive Committee as the Health Law Chair.
The CBA Young Lawyers Section includes all members of the CBA who are under the age of thirty-seven or who are in their first six years of practice. The Young Lawyers Section’s primary goals are the promotion of justice, the encouragement of public service, and the promotion of diversity and education of young lawyers and newly admitted practitioners.
The Health Law Section aims to provide a forum for CBA members with an interest in the law pertaining to healthcare, particularly, but not limited to, those areas and issues concerning the provision of healthcare services, the regulation and licensure of healthcare providers (including institutional), medical malpractice and medical jurisprudence, medical disabilities, and legislative proposals concerned with these or related fields.
