Beth Ahlstrand spoke at a symposium co-sponsored by the CBA’s Insurance Law Section and The Insurance Law Center at UConn Law School on February 26, 2016. The Symposium was entitled, “Getting to Less: A Symposium on Strategies for Reducing Discovery in Insurance Coverage Litigation.” Beth’s topic was the EDNY’s Superstorm Sandy discovery and mediation procedures.
