Connecticut Law Tribune Publishes Article by GL Coverage Attorneys
GL Attorneys Robert Laurie, Melicent Thompson and Kaylee Navarra have co-authored ‘Appellate Ruling Addresses ‘General Business Practice’ Under CUTPA/CUIPA for the Connecticut Law Tribune which published October 19, 2022. The analysis provides insight into the “General Business Practice” Requirement for a Statutory Bad Faith Claim involving the Connecticut Unfair Insurance Practices Act, as well as a Massachusetts Supreme Court ruling on an Attorney’s fee under the Consumer Protection Act determined not to be Covered “Damages” under a CGL insurance policy.
