We also recently obtained summary judgment for an insurer against a claim for statutory notification costs and other damages arising from a data loss incident, in Recall Total Information Management Inc., et al., v. Federal Ins. Co. et al., No. X07CV095031734S, 2012 WL 469988 (Conn. Super.Ct. Jan. 17, 2012).
