Elizabeth Ahlstrand elected to Chair the Connecticut Bar Association’s Insurance Law Section
Elizabeth Ahlstrand was recently nominated and elected to Chair the Insurance Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association. The CBA Insurance Law Section brings together practitioners from a variety of disciplines including litigators (representing both insurers and policyholders), insurance regulatory attorneys, and in-house counsel. The section serves as a forum in which practitioners can exchange information on a variety of topics related to insurance law including, but not limited to life insurance, insurance coverage issues, property & casualty insurance, health and disability insurance, and insurance regulation. Elizabeth has been actively involved in the Section for many years, serving previously as the Section’s Co-Chair, Treasurer and Continuing Legal Education Liaison.
