On September 25, 2019 SGL Partner Gary Strong will be speaking on a panel at the 2019 Claims & Litigation Management Alliance’s Management and Construction Conference in San Diego, California. Gary’s program, Ethical Consideration in Complex Construction Mediation, will discuss how construction mediation places challenges to attorneys’, their clients, and claims professionals. The panel will discuss the Unfair Claims Settlement Practices Act and the ABA Model Rules for Attorneys Applicable in Mediation and how these Rules play a part in ethically conducting himself/herself during mediation.
