Gfeller Laurie Launches Healthcare and Professional Liability Practice Group, Adding Partners Karen Noble and Ed Mayer as Co-Chairs
Gfeller Laurie has launched a new Healthcare and Professional Liability practice group, and added and added partners M. Karen Noble and Edward W. ‘Ed’ Mayer, Jr., as Co-Chairs of the new practice group. Rounding out the team is new associate attorney Gabriella L. Izzo. Per managing partner Melicent Thompson, Karen and Ed are exceptional trial attorneys and leaders with outstanding reputations generally and in the health care community.
The Healthcare and Professional Liability practice group represents medical professionals and institutions in matters involving complex medical issues and large damage exposure. The team represents physicians of all specialties, nurses, dentists, hospitals, and other health-care providers in malpractice litigation, pre-suit investigations, claim evaluations, liability assessments as well as in governmental agencies’ credentialing and licensing investigations.
