Gfeller Laurie Welcomes Two New Partners, David ‘Dave’ Kenna and Adam Dolan
David ‘Dave’ Kenna and Adam R. Dolan have joined the firm as Partners. Dave has practiced law in Hartford for close to 25 years, predominantly in insurance, litigating through trial, numerous insurance coverage and reinsurance disputes in state and federal courts and arbitration panels throughout the US. He regularly counsels clients with respect to good faith claims in tough jurisdictions such as Florida, South Carolina, Georgia and Massachusetts. Dave’s experience encompasses both first-party and third-party insurance issues and he has represented companies on both the ceded and assumed sides of reinsurance.
Based in the firm’s Tarrytown, NY office, Adam is a tested litigator with a multifaceted practice. He has extensive experience handling catastrophic transportation, general liability and products liability matters. He has also handled federal civil rights claims, dram shop actions and subrogation matters. He previously founded and chaired a national Cannabis and Hemp law practice group and is a nationally recognized expert in the field. Prior to private practice, Adam was an Assistant District attorney in the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office.
