GL’s COVID-19 Coverage Update 12-03-2020
In Gfeller Laurie LLP’s latest COVID-19 Coverage Update, we analyze the substantial number of recent decisions that have been issued on motions to dismiss business income coverage claims since our last Update. Insurers continue to prevail in the vast majority of those cases, with the courts concluding claimants failed to allege physical loss from the virus or that the policies’ virus exclusions apply, or both.
