A highly seasoned civil defense attorney, Rob has been elevated to Partner. He has more than 25 years of experience as a civil defense litigator defending insurers, manufacturers, contractors, corporations, and municipalities, among other clients, in Connecticut state and federal courts. He handles complex matters involving tort claims, product liability, motor vehicle and trucking law, and premises liability claims. Rob has a proven record of resolving liability claims through innovative litigation strategies and practical advice, while also being prepared to try a case whenever necessary. He achieves important end results in the cases he handles and has significantly expanded our professional relationships with various clients.

William ‘Liam’ Bohonnon is an attorney in the firm’s Connecticut office with a practice focused primarily on insurance coverage, litigation and counseling, and other complex commercial litigation. Liam is a skilled coverage attorney who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience counseling insurers on a broad range of complex coverage issues and representing insurers in coverage litigation. He has represented insurers in multiple jurisdictions, with a practice that encompasses all areas of coverage in both the first- and third-party contexts and related litigation services.
