Mark D. Shifton named to New Jersey State Bar Association Special Committee on Renewable Energy/Climate Change

Mark D. Shifton has been named to the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Renewable Energy, Cleantech and Climate Change Committee. This committee, a special committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association, is responsible for monitoring ongoing developments in the renewable energy initiatives, green building and energy efficient technologies and issues related to mitigating the impact of climate change and how they impact the practice of law.
