Mark D. Shifton speaks on green building

On October 29, 2013, Mark D. Shifton participated in a panel presentation at the AIA Philadelphia’s 11th Annual “Design on the Delaware” conference in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mark’s presentation, entitled “Legal Risks of Green Building,” discussed the evolving legal risks encountered by owners, design professionals, and contractors involved in sustainable construction projects.
