Mark D. Shifton to Present Webinar on Sustainable Development in New Jersey
On February 23, 2021, GL Partner Mark D. Shifton will be participating in a day-long live, interactive webinar titled “New Jersey Construction Law for Public Projects,” which is being produced by HalfMoon Education Inc. Mark will be speaking on Sustainable Design and Construction in Public Projects, which will include a discussion of the LEED Certification process, the various sustainable design elements common in today’s public construction projects, and common issues with regard to sustainability and green building that often arise during the construction of public projects. This program, which features several other speakers, all of whom are well-known New Jersey construction attorneys, will also cover such topics such as public procurement, bidding, contracting, construction management, and ethical issues in public construction.
