Mark D. Shifton to speak on green building at Design on the Delaware
On October 29, 2013, Mark D. Shifton will be presenting Legal Risks of Green Building, a panel presentation at the 11th Annual “Design on the Delaware” Conference and Trade Show in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Green building has created significant new legal risks – risks that are not ordinarily encountered in a traditional construction project – for owners, design professionals, and contractors. Using a hypothetical green building project, this program will discuss risk mitigation strategies for the hot legal issues related to the future of green building.
