Partner Mark Shifton Named a Fellow by the Construction Lawyers Society of America

New Jersey litigation attorney and partner Mark Shifton has been named a Fellow by the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA) in recognition of career excellence, accomplishments in construction law and superior ethical representation. He is one of 33 Fellows selected by the CLSA in New Jersey.

Shifton focuses his practice in the areas of complex civil and commercial litigation in the state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York. He routinely represents owners, design professionals and contractors in cases involving construction disputes and catastrophic property losses, and has extensive experience representing manufacturers, distributors and retailers of a wide variety of industrial, consumer and recreational products, including green building products, in both individual and class actions.

The CLSA describes itself as a by-invitation-only international honorary association with membership limited to 1,200 practicing Fellows focusing in construction law and related fields.
