Mark Shifton Publishes Article on Green Building
Mark D. Shifton’s newest article, Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head: Fourth Circuit Reverses Summary Judgment in Case Involving World’s First LEED Platinum Building, was published in Volume 19, Issue 1 of The Critical Path, a newsletter published by the Defense Research Institute’s Construction Law Committee. Mark is a partner in the Princeton, New Jersey, and New York City offices of Gfeller Laurie LLP. He represents owners, design professionals, and contractors in construction disputes, and advises and represents clients on sustainable development and “green” building issues.
