Connecticut Foreclosures, an Attorney’s Manual of Practice and Procedure, is the most authoritative treatise on the subject and issued by a vast number of judges and attorneys practicing in the area of foreclosures. Written by Denis R. Caron, and long recognized as the leading authority on foreclosures in Connecticut, the 2023 issue, now in its 13th edition, has been published in collaboration with attorneys Geoffrey Milne, a shareholder with McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC, and Andrew Barsom, a Partner with Gfeller Laurie LLP.

Published by Connecticut Law Tribune, a Law.com affiliate, Connecticut Foreclosures covers every aspect of Foreclosure Law in Connecticut, from prior to commencement of an action through litigation and conclusion, has been cited by judges in over 200 decisions. The 13th and newest edition of the treatise has been significantly revised, updated and re-organized to lend itself to more practical use by members of the bar while still maintaining the historical perspectives and commentary about the tenets of foreclosure law that have been present since its inception.
