Partner Ed Mayer Successfully Represents OB-GYN in Department of Public Health Allegations

The Department of Public Health (DPH) had asserted allegations against an OB-GYN regarding a patient’s care and treatment related to an exam and workup related to the exam. After responding to the allegations and its investigation, the DPH concluded that there was no violation of the standard of care. The OB-GYN was represented by Gfeller Laurie Partner and Healthcare and Professional Liability Practice Co-Chair Edward Mayer, Jr.
