Partner Mark Shifton Named Chair of DRI’s 2022 Construction Law Seminar
Partner Mark Shifton has been named Chair of Defense Research Institute’s 2022 Construction Law Seminar which will take place January 27-29, 2022 in Austin, Texas. In his practice, Mark represents owners, design professionals, and contractors in cases involving construction disputes and catastrophic property losses. He also maintains a practice in green building and sustainable development and advises developers, design professionals, and contractors about developments in green building.
