The Legal Intelligencer Publishes Article on Climate Change in Construction by GL Attorneys Gary Strong and Madison Calkins
Partner Gary Strong and Associate Madison Calkins have co-authored an article for The Legal Intelligencer’s special section on climate change titled How Climate Change Affects Construction Projects. Radical weather changes can affect the timeliness and financing of a construction project. The article describes how adverse weather including, but not limited to, wildfires, intense flooding, and extreme heat, causes site safety issues and working hazards that contractors must now take into consideration.
